Pallet Forks Our fork frame is constructed out of A36 steel. The side
are 3/8" plate. Our fork rail system is built to fit Class II forks. The top
rail is 1/2" A36 steel. We have six stop positions at 7", 13-1/2" and 19"
each direction of center. The bottom rail is A36 3/8" bar notched for ease
fork replacement. We use a solid 3/16" A36 plate with standard or custom
plasma cut outs for our frame backs. This plate bent to create a strong and
structurally sound assembly.
We have 1-3/8" X 4" X 48" rated at 3700 LBS.
